  •  Do you offer Free Shipping?

We do! We offer free US shipping for any order via USPS First Class Mail (5-7 days). If you are in need of an item in a timely manner, we highly recommend using an upgraded service such as USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express which are both available at checkout. If you have questions or concerns about the estimated arrival of your order or if you would like to arrange for a pick-up in our studio, please email claire@clairesommersbuck.com to make arrangements.

  • What is your return policy?

We get it! Sometimes you order something that you just aren't smitten with, or that doesn't fit quite right. Our new return policy makes it super easy to deal with this situation. Simply follow these steps HERE

  • How long will it take for my order to ship? 

Orders generally take 3-7 days to ship with occasional exceptions. We work as fast as our little hands can! Items are shipped USPS first class mail, Priority Mail 2-3 day or Priority Mail Express. You will choose which option you prefer at checkout.  All Priority Mail shipments automatically come with $50 insurance. Claire Sommers Buck Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you need an item shipped by a certain time or if you would like to arrange for a pick-up in our studio, please email claire@clairesommersbuck.com to make arrangements.

  • How do I clean & care for my CSB jewelry?

Each piece of Claire Sommers Buck Jewelry is carefully made by hand and should be cared for gently. To prolong its integrity and prevent tarnish, store jewelry in a sealed plastic bag or jewelry box after each use. Like most raw metals, your jewelry may take on it’s own patina. To polish, gently rub with a jewelry polishing cloth or fine steel wool to restore its shine.

  • Your rings are Awesome, but I don't know mine or my sweetie's ring size. Help!

Ring sizing is always an issue, especially if you are looking to surprise that special someone. Luckily, the internet is amazing and there are some great tools to help in this process. To find your or someone else's ring size, carefully follow the instructions HERE. If used correctly, this is a great tool to accurately determine a ring size. If placing a custom order for wedding bands, we will ask for you to visit a local jeweler or our studio for a proper fitting. 

  • Do you take custom orders?

We do! If you are interested in having a piece made for a special occasion, please visit our custom page HERE and be in touch with your request. *Please note that custom orders generally take 8-12 weeks to complete.

  • What do I do about damaged or broken jewelry?

CSB jewelry is carefully made to withstand many years of normal wear and tear. However, if for some reason your piece breaks due to flaws in the craftsmanship, we will happily repair it within the first year of purchase. We are not responsible for mistreated, lost or stolen jewelry. Please take care of your jewelry. We take great pride in producing it. If jewelry was purchased over a year ago, we are still happy to repair it for a small fee.

  • Where can I see your jewelry in person and try on all of these lovely items?

CSB Jewelry is represented by some amazing boutiques around the United States. The 'Stockists' tab on our Home page lists all the places where you can find our goodies. If you are looking for a specific item, please contact the stores individually to see if the item is available.

Additionally, Claire spends countless hours a week in her studio on the East side of Austin, TX and LOVES visitors. We have a small showroom and you can get a glimpse into how everything is made right here in our workshop. Be in touch if you'd like to swing by!
