Shipping policy

Orders generally take 1-3 business days to ship with occasional exceptions. We work as fast as our little hands can! Items are shipped USPS First-Class Mail, Priority Mail 2-3 day or Priority Mail Express. You will choose which option you prefer at checkout. All Priority Mail shipments automatically come with $50 insurance. Claire Sommers Buck Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you are in need of an item in a timely manner, we highly recommend using an upgraded service such as USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express. If you have questions or concerns about the estimated arrival of your order or if you would like to arrange for a pick-up in our studio, please email info@clairesommersbuck.com immediately after ordering to make arrangements.
